One egg to one hundred milligrams of 00 flour and off we went.
We went with two of our cousins, so much fun, cooking and learning how to make pasta from scratch, not hard at all! So there are now no excuses for the pasta machine that has been used twice in 20 years not to be used when I get home! Look out family and friends you are all getting fresh pasta made and cooked for you! It was delicious.
