They’re changing guard at Buckingham Palace

So … I hadn’t actually seen the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Therefore lazy ass got out of bed slightly earlier and headed out, of course I got there after it started at 11.30am but judging from the crowds some people were there before I even got out of bed!
I shifted spots a few time and caught glimpses … bands, marching, horses, Guard Changing … the kind of thing where you wish you were really important so that they could do it just for you, so you could see it all … not unlike the three young ladies standing inside the gates with their backs against the end of the Palace.
So … here are my glimpses.
